We are a progressive two partner practice offering an individually tailored service to the private client.  Your case will be handled by one of our partners throughout its duration thus providing continuity and consistency.

Our Partners are members of Resolution, an organisation committed to resolving family disputes in a non-confrontational manner. Therefore whilst we will always represent our client’s interests, we will adopt a constructive approach to resolve your family dispute in an effort to cause the least possible distress to the parties and any children involved and not to incur unnecessary legal costs.

We are based in quaint offices at Saddlers Court, in discrete premises with a rear courtyard entrance. Our advice is delivered in a warm, friendly environment designed to put our clients at ease from the outset.

At LGFL we realise the constraints imposed by modern life. We therefore aim to be as flexible as possible for our clients in an effort to work around your work, business or family commitments. We remain open during lunchtime so our clients can contact us when it is convenient to them. If you are unable to speak to us during our office hours, we can arrange a telephone call in the evening or weekend at a time that suits you.  Our partners are contactable via email and can communicate with you in that way if you would prefer.

At LGFL, we appreciate how important your case is to you and we aim to relieve some of the stress of what undoubtedly are difficult circumstances. We will therefore always endeavour to respond to your telephone call or emails that day. If that is not possible due to other commitments then our PA will arrange a mutually convenient time the following day for someone to contact you.

Our chargeable rates are competitive and you will be regularly updated on your costs throughout your case, so there are no surprises and no big bill at the end.
